Kate Middleton forced to take charge as King Charles and Prince William ‘don’t see eye…
Prince William and King Charles don’t always see eye to eye and it falls to Kate Middleton to sort out their feuds, according to an expert.
The Prince of Wales is next in line to the British throne and he’s been taking on extra responsibility following his father’s cancer diagnosis. William undoubtedly has his own way of doing things and royal expert Helena Chard has suggested this sometimes leads to clashes with the monarch.
Luckily, Kate is “solution-focused” and helps out when things get heated. The King has a close relationship with his daughter-in-law and Chard believes he is “extremely proud” of how she deals with things.
“I believe he is one of her biggest fans. They share similar passions, and he recognizes her wow factor, empathy and resilience. She is solution-focused and is certainly the glue between Prince William and King Charles III,” Chard said.
Speaking to Fox News Digital, Chard added, “Father and son don’t always see eye to eye.” Royal author Robert Jobson also spoke fondly about Kate in his book Catherine, the Princess of Wales.
He described her as “somebody who always tries to see both sides of any dispute” and said she is the “emotionally mature one” in the royal family. A source told the expert, “I think the [King] understands Catherine is a good influence on the entire family. He loves and truly appreciates everything she does.”
Christopher Andersen, author of The King, also described the Princess of Wales as “tough-minded” and a “realist.” He suggested this has been her secret to surviving inside the royal family.
Andersen told Fox News, “Because of their shared cancer battle, Kate and the king have strengthened their bond in ways neither could have imagined. King Charles was so impressed with her grace and grit that he bestowed a singular honor on Kate, making her a Royal Companion of Honour, an unmistakable sign of his faith in her ability to help carry the monarchy forward.
